We’re Running Short of Money!

Maybe it’s true that the best things in life are free, and maybe it’s even true that there’s American Express for much of the rest. But things like this newsletter, Peace Camp and the Heritage Festival aren’t free by any means, and even if we had an American Express card, we’d still need cash when the bill came due.

As of the beginning of March, donations were down about 40% from last year’s total at the same time (and that’s not counting last year’s tsunami relief donations), and we’ve noticed that many of our longtime supporters haven’t sent in contributions for the fiscal year beginning with the fall 2005 fund appeal letter.
